In this episode, I introduce the podcast and my vision for it: bridging modern Buddhist and wisdom teachings with real-world struggles—getting unstuck, finding happiness, and navigating difficult times.
The main teaching is on Be, Do, Have.
This episode centers around one transformative question: What do you want? Not in terms of external goals or quick fixes, but at the level of being—how you want to feel, who you want to become. I explore how this question becomes especially potent during difficult times, when confusion, anxiety, or heartbreak can actually illuminate what’s been hidden beneath the surface.
We spend our lives building a self the world will accept—while hiding the monsters we fear live inside us. But what if those monsters aren’t who we are at all?
In this episode I do a short 7 minute dive into a powerful three-layer model of the mind—showing how trauma, addiction, and just living in the world we do trap us in a false identity, and how the path to true freedom lies in turning toward what we fear, not away.
Many people think meditation is about relaxation or clearing your mind. But in this episode I break down how it’s actually one of the most practical tools you can use to shape your reality, to create the future you want, the person you want to be.
I also reveal the deep connection between Buddhist meditation and Law of Attraction teachings—and how both are pointing to the exact same thing.
Whether you’re on a spiritual path, working on manifestation, or just curious about why meditation matters, this conversation might change how you see your mind, meditation, and your future.
